What was the worst customer service you ever received?

    I had a chase credit card a long time ago and the Custer service was terrible. Any time I would call they were rude and not very helpful. I always would ask for their manager. I remember this one time we were screaming at each other. I of course paid it off and told them I would never use them again. I get mailers and I laugh and throw them straight in the garbage. You always remember how you are treated. That's for sure.
